According to Āyurveda, we are all born with our own unique constitution or naturally balanced state. Environmental changes, psychological influences and poor lifestyle choices can all disturb this balanced state and cause dis-ease.
Yoga for your Dosha aims to return you to your naturally balanced state by pacifying the dosha through a Yoga practice steeped in Āyurvedic principles.
Comprised of both philosophy and a physical practice, Yoga for your Dosha allows you to deepen your understanding of Āyurveda through a sensory experience.
Join us for this empowering 75min Yoga class and integrate the wisdom of Āyurveda into your practice.
