WHY WE CREATED THIS PROGRAM

Ayurveda was meant to be lived.

For years, students, clients, yoga teachers, healthcare professionals, and community members have asked us how to learn Ayurveda in a way they can actually live.

This program was created as a bridge between personal transformation and professional development. For some students, it becomes a pathway toward deeper Ayurvedic practice. For others, it becomes a lifelong foundation for personal health, family wellness, and conscious living.

This is the first professional training program offered through Hale Veda, but it is built upon many years of teaching, clinical experience, mentorship, and successful practitioner training programs that came before it.

CURRICULUM OVERVIEW

What You Will Study

The Foundations of Living Ayurveda program is designed as a 200-hour immersive journey into the principles and practice of Ayurveda as a way of life.

Rather than focusing only on theory, this program weaves together study, embodiment, observation, and lived experience so that students begin to become practitioners of Ayurvedic living in their daily lives.

The curriculum is organized into nine integrated areas of study:

WEEKLY RYTHM

Designed to become part of your life.

This program is structured to integrate into your weekly rhythm through live learning, guided practice, and personal embodiment.

THE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Two 3-Day Intensives in Hawaiʻi

The intensives are the embodiment anchors of the program—where the teachings move from concept into lived experience through food, movement, nature, marma, and community.

March Intensive

Foundations & Embodiment

Deepen the foundational principles of Ayurveda through observation, food, rhythm, yoga, marma, and nature-based practice.

June Intensive
