Ayurvedic Doctor, biologist, and lifelong student of nature. For over 15 years, she’s been living and teaching a plant-based, Ayurvedic-inspired life alongside her husband in the lush landscape of Hawai‘i. Her passion is helping others reconnect to their natural rhythms through food, ritual, and deep listening. Whether in the garden, the kitchen, or the clinic, her approach is equal parts ancient wisdom and practical magic.

DANIEL GOOD

Ayurvedic Health Counselor, artist, and conceptual thinker with a background in art direction and creative strategy. He brings a refined eye and grounded presence to everything he touches—from cooking with intention to designing transformational spaces. Outside the clinic, he’s most at home in the ocean, on a hiking trail, or cultivating beauty in the garden.

The four-legged heart of Ayurveda Hale. Part surfer, part wise-cracker, and full-time vibe-checker, she keeps everyone grounded and smiling. She’s a fan of sunbathing, ocean dips, and greeting guests with a wag and a wink. She might not have a license, but she’s definitely a healer.
