Self-care Sadhana weaves the various life-preserving practices and philosophies of Āyurveda into a single program. Through a series of guided exercises, focused lectures, and reflective journaling, it aims to align your daily activities with your naturally occurring circadian rhythm.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to attend this course. However, some basic knowledge of Āyurveda is helpful. You may want to attend our Foundations of  Āyurveda workshop prior to starting this program.
