Spring 2026 Cohort · Enrollment Open · Begins April 16 · Limited Cohort

A seasonal return to rhythm —
steady, grounded, and restorative.

—you're not broken.

But something may be out of rhythm.

Digestion a little slower than usual.
Energy heavier in the morning.
Sleep not quite as deep or steady.

Nothing extreme.
Just a quiet sense that your body is carrying more than it needs to.

And this time of year, that’s not accidental.

Spring is a season of movement.
Of melting.
Of clearing what winter left behind.

If that process is supported, the body resets naturally.
If it’s ignored, that heaviness tends to linger.

This is where a seasonal reset becomes powerful — not as a dramatic intervention, but as a way of working with what your body is already trying to do.

Warm, simple food.
Clear daily rhythm.
Steady, supportive guidance.

No extremes.
No deprivation.

Just the right input at the right time.

Guided live by Cory Tixier — with steady support and practical insight you can carry beyond the Reset.

Because seasons change — and so do you.

In Ayurveda, Spring is Kapha season — a time when accumulated heaviness begins to melt.

What built up over winter — sluggish digestion, brain fog, low motivation, congestion — starts to surface.

Spring is not about pushing harder.
It’s about clearing gently.

Think: lighten, warm, and gently mobilize.

Instead of carrying winter forward, you reset your internal rhythm. You rekindle digestion. You clear stagnation. You align with the season — not against it.

This is how Ayurveda works: with nature, not willpower.

If you’ve been feeling the weight of winter in your body, this is the moment to clear it — deliberately and intelligently.

Here's what that actually looks like — day by day.

—The structure that holds you

This isn’t a willpower sprint.
It’s a seasonal reset designed for real life.

April 16–19 — Prepare
Live orientation. Simplify routines. Stock your kitchen. Gradually reduce caffeine, sugar, and heaviness. Set clear intention.

April 20–26 — Reset
Seven full days of kitchari, daily rituals, digestive teas, and live support.

April 27–30 — Integrate
Reintroduce foods wisely. Stabilize energy. Retain what worked. Receive live support for a smooth transition.

Expect clear steps, steady guidance, and real support — from your first pot of kitchari to your final reintroduction. You won't need to research, improvise, or guess. The structure is built. You just follow it.

Throughout the Reset, Cory weaves in the Ayurvedic principles behind what you're doing — so the structure makes sense, and the understanding stays with you.

It follows the traditional Ayurvedic approach to cleansing — one that focuses first on restoring digestive intelligence, not forcing elimination.

Instead of fasting or extreme restriction, the body is supported through:

  • simple, digestible food
  • consistent daily rhythm
  • gentle self-care practices
  • seasonal timing aligned with spring

This approach allows the digestive system to rest while the body naturally begins clearing accumulated heaviness.

The result is a process that is both effective and sustainable — one that leaves participants not depleted, but steadier, clearer, and more connected to their own rhythm.

And because the Reset is guided live, participants also gain insight into how Ayurveda understands digestion, seasonal change, and daily routine — knowledge that can support their health long after the cleanse ends.

Why Kitchari for 7 Days?

Because simplicity restores digestive intelligence.

For many participants, this becomes one of the most memorable parts of the Reset.

A focused week of warm, spiced kitchari — split mung and basmati rice prepared with digestive spices — allows the system to rest, the nervous system to settle, and clarity to return.

In Ayurveda, this kind of simplicity is what allows the digestive fire (Agni) to reset and strengthen.

You’ll prepare it yourself, with clear instruction and guidance, so the process feels simple and repeatable from the start.

And you’ll eat to comfort.

This is nourishment — not deprivation.

And when the body is finally given this kind of simplicity and steadiness — the response is often faster and more noticeable than people expect.

What often surprises people is how quickly the body responds.

    ...and Why It Matters

  • Your body feels lighter. Less heaviness. Less congestion. More natural movement through the day. Most participants notice this shift in the first two to three days — not from doing more, but from finally doing less of what was weighing the system down.

  • Digestion, restored. From stuck to smooth. Less discomfort after meals. Less bloating, less irregularity. By day three or four, most participants notice their digestion finding a rhythm it hadn't had in months.

  • Energy, steady and clean. No more spiking and crashing. No more relying on caffeine to make it to noon. By mid-week, most participants describe their energy as even — present without force, clear without the edge.

  • A mind that can settle. Focused without forcing. Decisions come easier. The mental noise quiets — not because you tried harder, but because your digestion is no longer borrowing energy your brain needed. Many participants notice this shift by day four.

  • A nervous system that can exhale. Less wired at night. Less depleted in the morning. The combination of warm food, consistent rhythm, and grounding practice signals safety to the body in a way that most modern life does not. By the final days, sleep deepens. The exhale returns.

  • Rhythm, restored. Simple daily rituals — morning routine, warm meals, intentional rest — that stabilize you during the Reset and travel with you after it ends. Not a temporary fix. A recalibration.

More Than a Cleanse...

Many seasonal cleanses simply tell you what to eat and when.

This Reset goes a step further.

You’ll not only follow a structured Ayurvedic cleanse — you’ll learn the principles behind it. Why digestion weakens in certain seasons. Why simple foods restore balance. How daily rhythm influences energy, sleep, and clarity.

Participants often leave the Reset not only feeling better — but understanding their bodies in a way they didn’t before.

The Reset is not just something you complete —
it’s something you carry forward.

By the end of the week, most participants leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of your own digestion — and the confidence to support it through food, rhythm, and daily choices
  • A simple, repeatable approach to resetting the body each season without confusion or overwhelm
  • Confidence in preparing kitchari and using food as a tool for restoration, not restriction
  • A small set of Ayurvedic self-care practices (Abhyanga, Nasya, breathwork) that can be returned to anytime
  • A steadier relationship with hunger, energy, and daily rhythm
  • The ability to recognize early signs of imbalance — and respond before they build

Many participants return to pieces of the Reset again and again — not as a strict protocol, but as a trusted rhythm they can rely on when life becomes full or the body begins to feel off.

This is how Ayurveda is meant to be practiced:
grounded, practical, and integrated into real life.

Your portal opens the moment you enroll — no prior experience needed, and nothing left to figure out on your own.
Enrollment is limited to preserve the quality of live guidance and support.

Everything in this Reset is designed to support a simple, steady return to rhythm. Here's exactly what's waiting for you inside.

  • Your Private Reset Portal A clear, organized home for the Reset — so everything you need is in one place, always. Lessons, recordings, recipes, and resources, gathered and ready from day one.

  • Live Guidance with Cory (5 Gatherings)

So your questions are answered in real time, your digestion can be refined as the Reset unfolds, and you move through each phase with clarity rather than guesswork.

These live gatherings anchor the experience — offering space for teaching, questions, adjustments, and supportive guidance as your routine and digestion begin to shift.

This means you’re not navigating the Reset alone — the guidance evolves with the group as the week unfolds.

  • Guided Ayurvedic Self-Care Practices + Practice Library

So you don’t just complete a cleanse — you learn practices you can use for life.

During the Reset, Cory teaches foundational Ayurvedic daily care practices (Dinacharya) that support digestion, nervous system regulation, and seasonal balance — live, with guidance and space for questions.

Inside your Reset portal you'll also find step-by-step tutorial videos for each key practice, so you can return to them anytime — during the Reset and long after it ends:

    Abhyanga (traditional self-oil massage)
    Nasya (nasal oil therapy)
    • Simple pranayama breathing practices to support digestion and clarity

These practices are demonstrated clearly and designed to be accessible — even if you're completely new to Ayurveda.

Many participants leave the Reset not just lighter, but with a small toolkit of daily practices they continue returning to season after season.

  • 60+ Page Reset Manual So you always know exactly what to do next. Daily structure, checklists, shopping lists, journaling prompts, and thoughtful, practical guidance for every phase — from your first day of preparation through your final reintroduction. Cory's clinical insight woven throughout — precise, practical, and accessible at any level of experience.

  • Guided Kitchari Cooking Class with Cory

So your first pot of kitchari is made with confidence — not guesswork.

Cory walks you step-by-step through the traditional Ayurvedic cleansing meal in a detailed cooking lesson you can follow along with in your own kitchen.

    You’ll learn:

    • the ideal mung dal to rice ratio
    • how to temper digestive spices correctly
    • how to adjust consistency for your digestion
    • how to batch cook for the week
    • how to refine the recipe for taste, texture, and digestibility

This is not just a recipe — it’s a foundational Ayurvedic cooking skill you’ll be able to return to anytime your digestion needs support. Many participants continue cooking kitchari long after the cleanse whenever their digestion needs a reset or their schedule becomes demanding.

  • Seasonally Aligned Recipes So you're nourished at every stage, not just during the Reset days. Simple, warming meals and digestive teas designed to support the body before, during, and after the cleanse — with clarity on what to eat and when.

  • Private Cohort Space So you're never navigating alone. A dedicated space for questions, reflections, and direct support — monitored throughout the Reset, so answers are never more than a few hours away.

  • Additional Practice Resources A Dosha quiz to help you understand your unique constitution — so the Reset feels personally relevant, not one-size-fits-all. And a traditional Ayurvedic mealtime prayer to bring a quality of intention and reverence to the act of eating itself.

Five live gatherings anchor the Reset —

Cory Tixier, AD

NAMA Board-Certified Ayurvedic Doctor · Co-Founder, Hale Veda

Cory trained directly under Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico — one of the most respected lineages bringing Ayurveda to the West — where she was invited to join the faculty upon graduation, teaching, supervising clinicians, and supporting Panchakarma patients. She went on to lead the Panchakarma Therapist Training Program at the Vasant Institute of Ayurveda in Pune, India, and founded the Ayurveda Academy at Integral Yoga in New York City. After the pandemic, she sat for the inaugural NAMA Board-Certified Ayurvedic Doctor examinations — becoming one of the first practitioners in the United States to hold that credential. She has taught and supervised practitioners across the U.S., India, and internationally, and is recognized for bringing the full weight of that lineage into work that is practical, precise, and genuinely transformative.

Today, Cory practices and teaches from the North Shore of Oʻahu, where she and her husband Danny offer private consultations, traditional Panchakarma immersions, and advanced practitioner mentorship through Hale Veda™. The Reset is where her depth of experience meets everyday life — a carefully structured, accessible entry point into the rhythm-based approach that defines all of her work. She will be with you live throughout every stage of this Reset.

Danny Skinz

Ayurvedic Practitioner & Panchakarma Therapist · Co-Founder, Hale Veda

Trained at the Ayurvedic Institute under Dr. Vasant Lad and deepened through intensive clinical immersion in India, Danny brings a rare combination of lineage-grounded Ayurvedic training and systems-level design thinking to everything Hale Veda builds. Before Ayurveda, he spent years as an Art Director and creative strategist — a background that quietly shapes how he translates complex wisdom into clear, navigable structure.

Within the Reset, Danny's work lives in the architecture you move through — the program design, the pacing, the materials, and the participant experience from first orientation to final integration. His role is to make sure the wisdom in the room actually reaches you: clearly, practically, and without overwhelm.

"The best sleep I'd had in months — and I wasn't even expecting that."

I came in for the digestion support. By day five, I was sleeping through the night for the first time in months. The food was comforting, the practices were grounding, and the live check-ins helped me stay on track. I finished the Reset calmer, clearer, and a little surprised by how much shifted in just one week.
Lila D., Kailua

"I almost talked myself out of it. I'm so glad I didn't."

I've tried cleanses before and they've always felt extreme. This was different. The structure was clear, the food was actually satisfying, and having Cory there live made it feel safe in a way I didn't expect. By day three, something settled in me that had been wound up for months.
— Maya R., Chicago

"Gentle, steady, and surprisingly powerful."

The structure made it easy to follow, and my digestion and energy felt clearer within days. I finished the week feeling lighter and more focused — without ever feeling deprived.
Emma S., Portland

"A reset that actually fit into real life."

I was skeptical that I could do this while working and parenting full time. The batch cooking made it manageable, the guidance was simple and practical, and the support along the way made a real difference. I still do several of the practices months later.
Brian K., Denver, father of two

You don’t need to escape your life to return to yourself.

You don't need more willpower, a perfect schedule, or a week with nothing on it.
You need clear structure, the right timing, and someone who has walked this path many times before.
